Visualising the Sámi people’s eight seasons through eight short films. In each film, we collaborate with an active Sámi artist who, through their personal expression, interprets the feeling of each season; resulting in eight intimate artist portraits. The films were produced as part of Umeå’s year as European Capital of Culture 2014.
