Mannen myten

Over the course of three years, a group of young men from the Sámi youth organization Sáminuorra collaborated with the organization MÄN on the project Mannen myten. The goal was to explore how norms around masculinity are connected to other systems of power, and how masculinity functions in Sápmi. In September 2019, the whole group made their final hike together in Norra Storfjället near Tärnaby/Hemavan. This short film tells the story of that collaboration.
